From the North:
Take I-95 South to Exit 50 (Rt 1 South). Take your first right onto Ferncroft Rd. Follow the signs up the hill to the Hotel entrance. Parking is on the right.

From the South:
Take I-95 North to Exit 50 (Topsfield). Take your second left, Rt 1 South. Stay to the right and take your first right onto Ferncroft Rd. Follow the signs up the hill to the Hotel entrance. Parking is on the right.

From the West:
Take the Mass. Turnpike I-90 to I-95 North. Follow I-95 North to Exit 50 (Topsfield). Take your second left, Rt 1 South. Stay to the right and take your first right onto Ferncroft Rd. Follow the signs up the hill to the Hotel entrance. Parking is on the right.
