From Boston and Points North:
Take route 93 to Route 3 south. Follow over Sagamore Bridge, Route 6 east (Mid-Cape Highway). Follow to exit 7, Willow Street, West Yarmouth. Take a left at the bottom of the ramp. Go 2 miles to Route 28 north; turn right at traffic light/railroad tracks. 100 yards on the left is the Radisson Hotel Hyannis.

From Springfield and Points West:
Take the Mass Turnpike, route 90 east. Follow to exit 11A (495 south). Route 495 merges into Route 25. Follow over the Bourne Bridge, go 3/4 around the Bourne Rotary, pick up Route 6A east. Follow 6A until your first set of traffic lights. Take a right to Route 6 east (Mid-Cape Highway). Take exit 7, Willow Street, West Yarmouth. Take a left at bottom of ramp. Go 2 miles to Route 28 north; turn right at traffic light/railroad tracks. 100 yards on the left is the Radisson Hotel Hyannis.

From New York/Connecticut and Points South:
Take I-95 to Providence, Rhode Island. Take exit 20: 195 east. Follow to Route 25 south, to the Bourne Bridge. Go 3/4 around the Bourne Rotary, pick up 6A east. Follow to first set of lights; take a right to Route 6 east (Mid-Cape Highway). Take exit 7, Willow Street, West Yarmouth. Turn left at bottom of ramp. Go 2 miles to Route 28 north; turn right at traffic light/railroad tracks. 100 yards on the left is the Radisson Hotel Hyannis.
